Preserving Senior Life Stories Through Digital Media
The Digital Autobiography Project is a community-based initiative by Grace Global Vision, created to honor and preserve the life stories of senior adults through professionally supported YouTube videos. This project provides seniors with a meaningful opportunity to reflect on their lives, share their wisdom, and leave a lasting digital legacy for their families and future generations.
Every senior carries a lifetime of experiences, memories, and lessons that deserve to be heard. Yet many older adults face isolation, health challenges, or limited access to technology that prevent them from sharing their stories.
The Digital Autobiography Project bridges this gap by offering guided storytelling, basic digital support, and respectful video recording—ensuring that seniors’ voices are preserved, valued, and accessible in today’s digital world.
Through this project, Grace Global Vision:
- Guides seniors through personal storytelling using thoughtful prompts
- Provides one-on-one or small-group interview sessions
- Records and edits high-quality digital autobiography videos
- Publishes completed stories on a dedicated YouTube channel (with consent)
- Shares video links with families, caregivers, and the community
All sessions are conducted in a comfortable, supportive environment, honoring each participant’s dignity and pace.
